how to add both intial stress and voltage to one model

Dear friends

I want to do a electromechanical simulation including two parts. The model is just two connected aluminum plate with large magnitude (200 um) in x y axis and very small (0.2 um) in z. COMSOL 5.4 version. 1.solid mechanics-- initial stress makes it bending: top plate-tensile stress; bottom-compressive str and fixed constraint on one-side surface. 2.electrostatic--an air domain which is bigger than the plates (it is also a moving domain, plates are inside), bottom surface of air domain is undergroud, 10V on two plates. Then I add a stationary study, the result is "the result is not converged and Newton iterations reach the maximum number" or "undifined value was found in the equation residual vector".

So maybe anyone can tell me why or some step I missed. Thanks for your attention! Good luck with your work and life!

X Yang
