COMSOL error: Size of sparse matrices disagree

I am simulating a micro-heater in COMSOL whereas the micro-heater geometry takes its values from the global parameters. I am having a serious problem as whenever I change the value of global parameters the geometry is not updated and COMSOL gives the error, "Size of sparse matrices disagree". Therefore I have to make my geometry/model again for any change in global parameters, which obviously is very difficult.

Can anyone plz help me in this regards
