How to use thermodynamic systems to draw phase diagrams?

In Comsol, is it possible to use thermodynamic systems to draw phase diagrams (phase envelopes) for certain species (e.g., CO2, N2, etc.)? And how to execute the process? Can someone give some advice?

All the best,

Songcai
