Moving Electrochemcial Jet Machinging, The Model Fails at some point in time.

I am trying to create a model for a jet moving in a reciprocating motion, the jet is ejecting electrolytes to a workpiece material. There is voltage differance between the jet and workpeice material, causing an oxidation reduction reaction to polish the upper surface of the workpiece material.

The model: i am modeling the electrolytes profile shape between the jet and workpiece material. I am using moving mesh to move the electrolytes. and normal mesh velocity to show the polishing process.

The problem is as follows: The solver starts with no problem at all moves to a certain point then the convergance plot sky rocket up and never comes down. The strange thing is the surface under the moving part is not changing. If you can suggest something i can do to solve the problem or suggest some way to find the problem. Thank You so much
