Hi, I am working on MEMS RF switch using electromechanics physics. I want to simulate the pullin voltage. The simulation is working only when using large mesh size. If smaller mesh size is used, i find this message: "Feature: stationary solver 1(sol/s1) Failed to find a solution for the initial parameter. Maximum number of Newton iteration reached. Returned solution is not converged. Not all parameter steps returned.

Could anyone please help me to solve this problem?
