Intel W-3235, Xeon Scalable, or AMD EPYC 7302 for use with COMSOL?

I am planning to purchase a new workstation for use with COMSOL among other software. The CPU's I am considering are an Intel W-3235, Intel Xeon Scalable, or AMD EPYC 7302/7302p. I have read the COMSOL knowledge base article and am looking for additional recommendations (https://www.comsol.com/support/knowledgebase/866).

Most of the COMSOL models are small 2D electromagnetic and solid mechanics models solved in batch mode. Ideally 12 models solved simultaneously. In the future some smaller 2D and 3D CFD models maybe run.

Are their any recent COMSOL benchmarks for these class of processors? I realize that benchmarks are very model dependent.

How much impact does the Intel MKL library which is used by default in COMSOL impact the computational speed on AMD EYPC processors?
