Where are these strange spots come from? (V4.2 RF module)

My model is to stimulate a Ag nanowire with a gaussion beam, it's in 3D.

When I mapped the field distribution, there come lots of strange spots. see the attachment.

1. Do you guys have seen this befor? How to clear them ?
2. Do these sopts will influence the exactness of my result ?

What exactly are you shwing us the EM field ?
for me it looks like some standing waves, not astonishing if you have multiple reflections from interfaces

My problem is not the standing wave, it's the fleck. I attach another PIC, and it's Enorm

Hi

I beleive that is your mesh pattern, always check your mesh results by changing under Plot Quality: smooting : none and Wireframe grid
