Heat Transfer in 3D Metal Powder

I have been trying to simulate the heat transfer in 3D Metal Powder. However, after I set a boundary heat source at one section of the sphere (there are 8 sections in total), COMSOL told me I didn't have an consistent initial value. Do you know why?
