Lumped Port Magnetic Field Time Dependent Study

I have run into issues trying to perform a Magnetic Fields Time Dependent Study. When setting up a uniform lumped port I get the error "Uniform lumped port should be placed between two conductive boundaries". Trying instead the User Defined lumped port I get "Failed to find consistent intial values, Matrix has zero on diagonal, Last time step is not converged". I also have an initial frequency Domain step that should have passed the IV to the Time Dep.
I have seen posts stating a PEC or impedance BC is required for the lumped port to work but COMSOL does not allow this for time dependent studies. I have also attempted to run the model with both a stationary and frequency study and have got errors, maybe I have BC applied incorectly.
