copy of stent tutorial

Hi,

I am wondering if anyone still has a soft copy of the problem shown in the animation below. The tutorial was called "Plastic Deformation During the Expansion of a Stent" or "biomedical stent".

As far as I know, the last version this tutorial appears in is version 3x (3.4, 3.5,3.5a etc). I appreciate it if someone can upload the softcopy (just the pdf).
