reading a (really) long equation using matlab livelink interface

Hello, I am solving a 2p boundary value problem suing comsol, and the systems of ODE's are really long and it is in a mfile. I want to use matlab livelink to solve this. Is there a direct way to read the ODE system in a different mfile throgh the mfile that I created using COMSOL?
