two eigen-problems within one geometry

I want to solve two different eigen-problems (one RF eigen-problem and one SMS eigen-problem) within the same geometry. There is no coupling between these two modules. The only reason why I put the modules in one comsol file is that I want to calculate the overlap integral between the solutions.
I find that COMSOL only allows for one eigen-value (lambda) for all the modules. When solving the second eigen-problem, the solution of the first eigen-problem is saved, but the eigenvalue of the first problem is either missing or overwritten. Without this eigen-value, the expressions in the first module is invalid.
Is there a way to solve this problem?
Thanks!
