coupled PDEs, one 3D the other 2D with coupled boundary conditions

Hi community,
I'd like to know if I can use equation-based modelling to solve the coupled system of PDEs in the attached file. The unknowns are phi(t,x,y,z), eta(t, x,z), and p(t, x, z). Note that the time-dependance in the equations could be neglected (d/dt = 0).
Everything else in the equations are constants, except P(t, x, z) which could be coordinate-dependant, but not time dependant.
