coupled analysis Laminar flow/piping

Hello,

I am doing a study project and I need to make a coupled simulation: laminar flow coupled with flow in pipes.

Our input drawing has 3D volume (the part to be modeled as laminar single phase flow) and 3D polylines (the plastic pipes).

Can comsol model such problem? Could you indicate us the main steps to define a coupled analysis?
