Convergence problem in Microwave heating

Hi, I'm doing a microwave heating simulation. I set that the electromagnetic wave are conducting between the dielectric bodies, and added continuity boundary conditions to the consistent pair between the dielectric bodies, but the result shows that it does not converge. If this boundary condition is not added, the electric field distribution diagram will show that there is no conduction. I wonder how to solve it, thanks!
