How can I apply both natural and forced convection for different domains within a single geometry ?

Hi,
I am realtively new to COMSOL and CFD as a whole. I have a geometry which is basically a double pipe exchanger. In the inner pipe the flow is hot fluid (CO2) at a given velocity. In the annulus the fluid (again CO2) is static initially and the flow is induced through buoyancy. I want to know if it is possible to use 2 laminar flow physics, one for the inner tube where forced convection occurs and one for the annulus where natural convection occurs ?
Thanks in advance
