Wave Optics Slit Conditions

Hello,
I am working on creating a model where I shine s and p polarized light on a substrate and collect the fraction of reflected light in both polarization states. To do this, I would like to create 2 ports on a boundary, one for the excitation of one polarization state and the other for the opposite polarization.
I also need to use a PML behind this port to absorb all waves at the boundary. However, I am getting an error where from COMSOL, saying that I cannot define more than one slit condition on a boundary. Is there a way to get around this to use both the PML and multiple slit conditions?
Thanks!
