Using measured vibration data (displacement, velocity) for acoustic pressure simulation

If we can use laser to scan a vibrating surface (e.g. loudspeaker diaphragm), can we use obtained data (displacement, velocity) in a model for acoustic pressure simulation. The model represents the vibrating surface. I am interest in sound pressure at a point in front of the surface. Should I use FEM or BEM?
