Question BC in COMSOL 4

I'm unable to figure out how to enter a boundary condition into COMSOL 4.
I'm trying to solve Poisson's equation. At the interface between two surfaces, a surface charge density \sigma12 is present.
The BC would be
\vec{n} \dot \grad [eps1*u1 - eps2*u2] = \sigma12
so the electric field has a discontinuity, while the potential has not. I understand this kind of BC is called Flux/Source 1, but I can not figure out how I would define it.
Should I rather define two Poisson's Equation physics for each surface, each with its own BC?
Any support would be appreciated.
Thanks.
