Hi I'm trying to do the tensile stress simulation on single c-Si(100)

it is just a simple structure. (744x744x525 um Box)

But I can't find the c-Si(100) in the material chart.

please let me know how to find it.

and, could you guys let me know any kind of simple tutorial video about the tensile stress simulation?
