Stress Analysis

Hi,

I am fairly new to COMSOL and i am looking to do a simple bend / stress analysis on the object in the picture attached.

In the picture i have one sheet of a low modulus material with 2 'anchor' points. I want to apply a force to the outside edge of each anchor point so when the force is applied the sheet should bend in a 'concave' style.

I am unsure how to set up this simulation, so any advice would be fantastic.

I've seen online that I have to set up some 'contact boundaries' between the anchor points and the sheet - and make the anchor points a 'rigid domain' - but I'm not exactly certain what this means.
