How to Characterized the RF performance at different temperature and magnetic field?

Hello everyone, I have a microstrip line design. I want to find the S-parameters at different temperatures so that material properties change and impact the RF characteristics. I tried to implement the heat transfer physics but i am unable to proceed.
Can anyone help me with the design.
