Hi.
I'm trying to simulate planar coils magnetic fields with time dependant studies. Now I'm using the "planar_pcb_coil" model that is available on the Application Libraries. I've only changed the constant excitation current (I0) on "Terminal 1" to a smoothed step (I0·step1(t [1/s]).
When I try to run this kind of simulation I always get errors like "Failed to find consistent inital values" or in this case It gives error in the first time step in which the step function changes its value from zero.
I would like to know how to solve it. I already read the "Solving time dependent models with inconsistent initial values" of Support Knowledge Base.
