Failed To Find A Solution And Singular Matrix

i simulate a MZI waveguide then ,when i running the the errer has been appears ( Stationary Solver 1 (sol1/s1) Failed to find a solution. Singular matrix. There are 1 void equations (empty rows in matrix) for the variable comp1.ewbe.S2x. at coordinates: (0,0), ... There are 1 void equations (empty rows in matrix) for the variable comp1.ewbe.S3x. at coordinates: (0,0), ... There are 1 void equations (empty rows in matrix) for the variable comp1.ewbe.S4x. at coordinates: (0,0), ... and similarly for the degrees of freedom (empty columns in matrix). Returned solution is not converged. Not all parameter steps returned. please anyone help me
