Dear all,
I am currently working on accoustic levitation and found all the content in the app library and on the blog, which helped a lot.
However, one problem regarding implementation remains. If I have a nonsymmetrical/non-spherical particle in an acoustic field, the surface forces and stresses at the interface to the fluid will to my understanding cause the particle to rotate about its main axis. (Obviously this depends on the distribution of the total force on the particle.)
I'd like to implement this as well, since it is imprortant to my research project.
Is there anyone here who has worked on similar topics or has any info or hints on how to implement this rotational motion?
As allways, any help you can provide is greatly appreciated.
André
