Electroanalysis module for an electroactive species adsorbed on the electrode surface

Please login with a confirmed email address before reporting spam

Dear all,

I am currently working on a simulation using electroanalysis module for an electroactive species adsorbed on the electrode surface. When the elan module is chosen for the simualtion, the mass transport property of the module is fixed to a diffusional system (Fick's law). I could not change the equation. Specifically, I would use the surface concentration (mol/cm2) rather than the volume concentration (mol/cm3), which is not feasible in elan module. Is there anyway I could change the mass transport property of the module? Alternatively shall I use another module to take place the diffusional mass transport of the electroavtive species?

All my best
