Geometry Lost

hi everyone , i built this kind of geometry (showed in the picture), as you can see when i apply to some physics some geometry is lost, thats because for build it, i started from a big bloc then by difference i got the third picture after i created the block showed in the remaining picture, but the programm doesn't recognize the initial and final part of the block in middle, probably because associated with the bigger outer block. have you an idea to overcome this problem? Thanks, Regards

Have you made sure it is nit just hidden? Otherwise upload the file
