periodic condition in the Weak form PDE Module

I am modeling a unit porous structure of cube with spherical void inside. When using the periodic condition in the Weak form PDE Module, I found the zero flux setting is defined by default, and cannot be cancelled when setting the periodic boundary condition on opposite sides of the cube. Hence not getting a converged solution.
Please suggest any solution for this.
