Simple peristalsis motion without FSI

Hi, I am struggling to model a simple peristlsis motion in the Laminar Flow phsysics of COMSOL. I was wondering if anyone has any suggestion or any document that can help me? I was thinking to use Wall Movement option under wall boundary condition but not sure.
