Error in Particle Tracing Simulation

While solving Particle tracing in laminar flow using straight channel, I encountered the following error: Nonlinear solver did not converge. Time: 1.1951628245582765e-05 s. Maximum number of segregated iterations reached. Last time step is not converged.

Please provide the solution.
