Kutta Condition, impose constraint on Flow Around an Inclined NACA 0012 Airfoil

Hello,
How would one enforce the kutta condition on an airfoil? Using the Flow Around an Inclined NACA 0012 Airfoil example from the application library which uses the laplace equation.
The Kutta condition states that the flow leaves the sharp trailing edge of an airfoil smoothly.
I have tried to use different constraints but with no luck. I want to calculate the correct cp plot.
