Need help with fluid-structure interaction

I want to take a foam-like cellular structure (refer image in the link) in a container and fill it with a shear-thickening fluid. Then apply a constant velocity to the lid of the container (the lid is free to move in Z-direction) and see how the structure and fluid as a whole behaves (absorbs energy).
