Probes and Adaptive meshes

I have a probe which is the integral of the output of my PDE. However, I am using an adaptive mesh and rather than outputting a single value, it is outputting a result for each mesh refinement. I want to run a parametric sweep with the output being my probe, but I can't with the system outputting multiple values for each domain.
Is there a way to set up my parameter sweep or my probe, such that it only considers the final mesh refinement?
