Hi! How can I model a truss which has beam elements in the bottom chord and truss elements in the top chords, according to the image below. The purple ones are truss elements and the yellow is the beam element. The black squares are support reactions.
I want to apply a edge load to the top chord. I am intrested in the support reactions.
Whenever I try to model such a system I get a error saying that their is a singular matrix.
