Adding a resistor

Hi
I need to add a resistor between a voltage source and a device to be modeled (thermistor). The device has high dependence on temperature and electric-field. I am able to model the device alone at a voltage but I am not able to add a resistor in series to the supplied voltage.
I am using COMSOL 4.3.
Please help !!
