Typo in equation in "Dynamic Electric Currents Equations" help

Searching for "Dynamic Electric Currents Equations" in Comsol's help system gives a page with a few equations (note: under "Theory for the Electric Currents Interface", not for the Shell interface).
The third-last equation from the bottom (equation 4-2) seems to have the sign of P incorrect, it should be a minus not a plus. (Note, for example, that the equivalent equation for frequency domain, third from top on that page, has the sign the right way around.)
Where should documentation errors be reported in general?
Comsol version: 4.2.1.166
