Strain due to lattice mis-match in Hetero-structure

I want to simulate strain in a Hetero-structure. We know that when we have 2 different materials with different lattice constants, we would have bi-axial strain (exx = eyy = da/a). I couldn't simulate a simple hetero-structure and get a non-zero strain out of it. I also can't find the lattice constant parameter inside properties.
What boundary condition do I need for interfaces and other boundaries?
Could you please help me step by step how to get the result. I should warn you that I'm starting to use Comsol and don't know much about it.
Thanks
