Defining interface equation

Dear All, I have a query, suppose we have an equation X=T/0.1 Here T=Temp X=concentration Have to add this equation to define my boundary at interface. I want that COMSOL should pick the Temperature value from computation and give me concentration at that temperature value. Is this possible ? I hope you understand the problem.
