Heat transfer in porous media, solids and fluids

Hello everyone,
I'm currently struggling to couple the heat transfer between three different mediums: the soil (porous media), solid and fluid, as I would like to study the heat exchange in a borehole exchanger where water flows in a pipe with walls of polyethylen and a filling of concrete, all surrounded by porous soil material.
I'm able to have a heat exchange between the water and the solid (polyethylen and concrete), but I do not know how I can have a heat transfer between the soil and solid parts and thus would like to know how that can be done.
I can assign the soil to be a solid, but that is not what I want as I further would like to implement the Darcy flow modul as well.
I really would appreciate any help!
Best, Matthias
P.S. Unfortunately I'm not able to include my file as the size is too big even after optimising the file size.
