How to apply temperature-dependent electrical specific contact resistivity in COMSOL?

Dear all,

I am trying to simulate one phase change memory (PCM) structure in COMSOL. In the PCM cell, it is required to apply the temperature-dependent electrical specific contact resistivity at the interface between two materials. How to apply that in COMSOL?
