How to solve PDE in COMSOL when there is 4th order term is there.

Hii I want to solve PDE in which tere is 4th order term but equation is 2D. how can i solve this ∂h ∂t = −v0 + γ ∂h ∂x + νx ∂ 2h ∂x2 + νy ∂ 2h ∂y2 − K∇4h.
