Hi, I am simulating an experimental which was done in the way below: we performed a diffusion experiment for half a year. The structure of the diffusion device of the diffusion device is like this: Inlet chamber --> Sample --> Outlet chamber. For each week we took 1/3 of the solution in the Outlet chamber, and measure tracer concentration. Then pure solution (same volume as token) but without tracer was added in the Outlet chamber to keep the volume to be constant. So I need to simulate diffusion in many steps. For each step, I need to changed the concentration in the outlet chamber, but at the same time, keep the previous modelled concentration in the sample part. Could anybody give me a hint to achieve this?
