I believe you should consider a Definition model coupling mapping or projection operator to link your periodic domains, or perhaps there are an "antisymmetric pair" option in CFD, newer checked

Hi
Check for Model Coupling under Definition in v4 and check the Projection and mapping operators, + doc
For your case inflow = outflow on other boundary you need to inverse the sign of the components, w.r.t up/down boundary, that's all ;)
