Help: Installation error

We purchased a new computer with two CPUs，and after installing COMSOL software, it cannot be opened with the error (OMP:Error #114: kmp_set_affinity:invalid mask) But when i tried to turn off one cpu and then the software was able to open successfully. How to start software with two cpu's？Please give me some advices,Thank!!!
