After modelling a cylinderical annulus in COMSOL, with the given data I have generated a contour plot for temperature distribution in the fluid from the inside cylinder which is at 50 C temperature and pipe wall is at 25 C Temperature. How can I explain the temperature distribution in this case?

You didn't tell us details of any fluid flow (is there any?) and how you set the boundary conditions. It would be easier for readers of this forum to assist you if you can share with them the "given data" that you mentioned. Regardless, is there something about the result that you obtained that seems wrong to you? What did you expect to see?
