I want to use COMSOL to study enzyme kinetics and their activity, so I need ideas to create a model that helps me to simulate the environment of the enzyme.

What kind of kinetics? Michaelis-Menten?

E + S <=> ES -> E + P

Do you have more details? It's not so easy to read your mind trough the distance...
