Model post processing results not stable for repeated model runs of simple model

Hi Folks,
I have a model that uses point current sources to emulate a dipole using the Conductive Media DC physics package. I have tried a variety of meshes and have not come up with a situation that produces a stable post processing output. I am using points on the surface of the model as voltage measurements and a single positive and negative point current sources. What am I doing wrong in the model to cause it to not produce the same result run after run of the model?
I have attached my very simple model that has this problem.
Thanks,
Allan
