Confusion about Zref and Z0 in TEM Port

Hi everyone, I am new to RF modeling in COMSOL. I need to model a rectangular coax cable (an inner and outer rectangular conductor forms the ground and potential surface) which is connected to further structures in a 3D EM, frequency domain model. To acomplish this, I am using the TEM Port type BC. I am confused by the fact that this port type requires the the user to add a characteristic impedence Zref, but the output of the simulation gives the port Z0. What is the difference between Zref and the output Z0 for the TEM port type (should these be the same number?), and is this the correct port to use to model my rectangular coax?

Thanks,

Jacob
