Error: cannot create native file

Hi, I am Ashok and I am doing a heat transfer simulation of a machine tool in version 6.2. In my model there are three studies, one is stationary, second is time dependent (0,0.1,1) then the last one is also time dependent (1,0.1,60). The first two sudies have been computed, but while computing the third one i am facing this issue as cannot create native file.

Can you help me with this issue
