Hello. I have a question regarding the simulation of periodic structures in optical waves. I have noticed that when I alter the mesh density or the thickness of the PML or air layer, the results also change. How can I achieve accurate results? Your assistance is greatly appreciated. thanks

If the results change a substantial amount, then your model can't be trusted. I suggest you post your .mph file to the forum.
